Inter-Library Loan Requests - Government publication

"Patrons should note that requests for government reports normally take 7-10 days, if held in the supplying library. If the requested book is not in stock, requests may take significantly longer. Undergraduates and external borrowers are charged 4.00 (euros) for each request. All other library patrons should check at the issue desk regarding ILL charges."

The copyright law of the Republic of Ireland (Copyright and Related Rights Act, 2000) "A copy shall not be supplied other than to a person who satisfies the librarian that he or she requires that copy for the purposes of research or private study, and he or she shall not use it for any other purpose, and that person shall not be furnished with more than one copy of the same material." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair dealing", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order, if, in its judgement, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
